Free CPD

So you’ve exhausted Netflix and have planned all lessons for the next 3 years and now you’re wondering what to do during lockdown, am I right?
So to keep myself ticking over I decided to have a look into some FREE CPD. The websites I used are below and are super helpful:

1) Open University – There are 100s of free courses on here which all come with a free certificate of completion at the end of them.

https://www.open.edu/openlearn/free-courses/full-catalogue

2) Seneca – There’s a nice selection of courses on here including Dual Coding, Retrieval Practice and Metacognition.

3) Prospero – A good refresher for safeguarding training and also a good short course on classroom management.

https://prosperoteaching.com/

4) ACEs – A useful course on Adverse Childhood Experiences.

https://www.acesonlinelearning.com/

5) TES – Two free courses offered on here currently. Education for Sustainable Development and Embedding employability skills in the curriculum.

I hope these can help you cure lockdown fever. Stay safe everyone!
